March 2010 News This is only our second issue and we are loving the responses. All of us here in "The Newsroom" want to deeply apologize for the long wait for this issue to come out (like I said, this is our second issue.) Anyway, we have added some pages and deleted others, but we believe that this issue will be better than the last. We have finally gotten the commenting system to work. If you would like to comment on any of the stories then you need to click on the name of the work. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Finally, type your comment into the white box. Rolfe Celebrates 30 Years of Teaching On Saturday, April 17th John Rolfe Middle School will celebrate its 30th birthday. From two to five o' clock PM, you can come to JRMS to celebrate. |
The Communicator WANTS YOU!
Rolfe's Creative Communicator needs your help. For our next issue we
want you to bring anything you need advice on (if you do this make sure
that you sign it w/out your real name. Ex. Dreary in Delaware), a
story/play that you have written, a problem you'd like for us to
address, or any other thing that you want in print, drop it off at
room eleven, and give it to Mrs. Landis. ![]() Finally Free From Writing! On March 16th and 17th everybody either took a multiple choice or and essay SOL/HAT test and we're ALL ecstatic that it is finally over. For at least two or three blocks on both of those days everyone was stuck in the same class, and it does get very, very VERY boring. That marks off one SOL test for now. |
